No further issues have been reported from any of the affected nodes.

This incident was caused by a PDU failure which resulted in the loss of power for the 14 affected nodes.

We were unable to bring MC.CHI8 up with the rest of the nodes due to a drive failure. We immediately began our restoration process, rolling back game server files to our 2pm Central Time backup. We are happy to report MC.CHI8 is back in service. Please note, at this time MySQL Databases are still not backed up, therefore, data stored in the MC.CHI8 database was lost.

All affected nodes except MC.CHI8 are online again according to our monitoring software. Clients will need to manually power on their server again.

We'll be monitoring over the hour and will continue to actively work on restoring access to MC.CHI8.

We are still investigating this issue. In the meantime, we've re-scoped this incident with the correct nodes affected according to our monitoring software.

At this time, vps.chi1 remains online. However, as a precaution, we're working to migrate clients off of vps.chi1 and onto our other VPS nodes in the next few days.

We'd like to offer any VPS clients affected, the ability to do an early migration. IP addresses will not change and all other data should remain intact. We recommend taking a backup before the migration occurs for extra assurance.

A fix has been applied to vps.chi1 and are now monitoring its performance.

We are internally discussing next steps and will be providing another update in the morning.

We're closing out this incident and will be notifying clients on CHI14 to have their service migrated to other nodes.

We have identified the issue with MC.CHI14 and have resolved it. The node is online and functional again.

While our team is looking into solutions to prevent future issues with MC.CHI14 we will continue to closely monitor the node to ensure ongoing stability.
