An automated alert has been triggered by our monitoring system and our team has been notified. We are currently investigating this incident.
Our service provider has successfully replaced the RAM on this machine. Clients should now have access to manage their server.
A hardware issue has been identified with this node, and is currently being actioned by our provider.
Our Panel Team has pushed a fixed and less customers are reporting issues accessing the WinterNode Game Control Panel. We'll be monitoring the status of this fix, alongside checking incoming tickets to verify the service is fully restored.
Our Panel Team is continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
We are currently investigating an incident regarding inconsistent connectivity/error codes to our Game Control Panel.
If your server is currently online, it will remain online, but you will not have access to send console commands or change power states.
This maintenance has been re-scheduled to Friday, April 1st 2022 at 11pm CST by our Chicago Datacenter Tech Team.
We have scheduled network maintenance that applies to all customers in our Chicago location.
The Chicago Datacenter Team will be performing a replacement of one of our Core Network switches due to a hardware failure on that device.
No customer impact is expected as this is part of a redundant network configuration, however, clients may experience temporary disruption in connectivity during this maintenance window.
